Job : Business Analyst
NP - Immediate to max 30 Days
Location Dubai
Experience : 8+ years

Must Have Skills.

• Creation of Business requirements documents, and Functional specifications as required by the Projects.
• Create user stories as needed.
• Expert in using the PowerPoint, Visio, excel and other tools to create the requirement documents Create user stories for the Agile Sprints
• Collaborate with UI/UX Architects, Technical Leads/Project Managers and Business teams for bi-directional traceability matrix.
• Collaborating with the Business and IT teams to ensure the requirements feasibility analysis done to cater the Business needs.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare use cases and develop test cases for UAT execution.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and Proven experience of Business Analyst in Agile environment.
• Proficiency in using Agile project/product management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent solution creation skills. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Ability to work with development teams to understand business requirements.
• Ability to support the product owner with decision-making processes.
• Adherence to quality and process compliance. Must be a quick learner and ability to switch domain and adapt to changes.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with minimum total work experience of 8+ years as Business Analyst.
• Airline or hospitality or retail industry knowledge is an added advantage.
• CBAP Certification is preferred.

Specific skills for different domains.

• For Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Salesforce Mobile Apps, Data governance, Azure Data.
• For Data Projects: Data governance, Data bricks, Data Architecture/who is having exposure to Data Analytics Project.
• For Healthcare Projects: Must have understanding of healthcare domain and hands on experience of at least 3 years in healthcare specific projects. - Should have profound knowledge in the data standards and communication protocols in healthcare. - Should have exposure to analyze multiple vendor healthcare products and possess good understanding of various healthcare modules including Ambulatory Care, Billing, RCM, HIM, Interoperability, Pharmacy, LIS, PACS etc. - Good understanding of HIPAA, GDPR and other privacy & data security compliance is a plus.
