Job Responsibilities:

• Presentation feedback and coaching skills.
• Liaison between quality and operations from training and development perspective
• Should possess high aptitude for providing quality Customer Experience .
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of call monitoring, TNI and implementation
• Work with new hires to improve their communication skill level
• Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI, Calibration sessions
• Prepare & implement a plan to drive CSAT metrics by launching contests/refreshers
• Monitor calls and agent performance
• Conduct assessments
• Training need analysis, action plan & report improvements
• 5 Days working 24*7

Requirement:

• Any Graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
