Manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and improve brand visibility. Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour to make data-driven decisions. Ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve any customer service issues related to online orders. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to streamline operations and reduce costs. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management. Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce sales and. achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online marketing strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers and partners. Proficiency in web analytics tools and data analysis to identify areas for improvement. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization to drive organic traffic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions.
