1)  Client - Leading healthcare company

 

2) Roe- ASM- AREA SALES MANAGER-(Health Care Division)

 

3) Location- Hyderabad and Vijay wada

4) Quakification -Postgraduate/Graduate/Diploma or equivalent, Qualifications: MBA/BBA/D.Pharma/B.Pharma/Graduation or equivalent

5) Experience: Minimum 1 years To 5 years of relative experience.


Responsibilities-

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a manager or team leader of atlest 3 years of experience
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Revenue Generation II Territory Management II Field Sales
Sell The Company's Medical Products To Doctors, Pharmacists, And Other Relevant Healthcare Professionals
To Achieve Sales Targets
Cold Call And Prospect New Customers In The Given Territory To Build A Sales Pipeline
Conduct Regular Market And Competitor Research And Identify New Developments To Drive Business
Strategies, Including New Products, Competitive Pricing, Etc.
Follow-Up And Build Customer Relationships To Get Feedback And Repeat Business
Generate new customers and maintaining relationship with existing customers.
Corresponding with customers via Meetings, emails or other means to take orders and handling customer
queries regularly.
Provide information about new product and services.
Maintain sales progress reports for allocated region.
Provide product related updates and information to the customers regularly.
In B2B, minimum 5-10calls/visit per day & in B2C, minimum 15-20calls/visit per day.

Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Familiarity with different sales techniques
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and driven
