Using this model, we have delivered business impacting products and services to few of the largest companies in India Job Purpose: Assists in designing overall Analytics strategy to enable business growth and helps in discovering new opportunities through analytics. Translate business use cases and problems into analytical problem statements and break it down for team members to solve. Lead and develop talent for Analytics. Discovering trends and insights from business and operations data. Qualifications o Minimum Qualification: Graduate o Stream: Engineering or masters in science. Mathematics, or related field (Tier 1 Institute) Work Experience o Min. 8+ years of relevant work experience. o Experience in creating visualizations and storyboarding from diverse sources of data. o At least 2-3 years of experience in leading a team of analysts. o At least 5+ years of experience with SQL, MS Excel (Advanced) and Power BI. o At least 5+ years of experience with R or Python. o At least 5+ years of direct experience with large data handling and actionable insight generation. o Good to have experience with cloud technologies (AWS / Azure) o Actively engaged and pursuing emerging trends and developments in Data and AI space.
