Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and data for meetings
Conduct research and compile information as required
Handle and prioritize CEO's correspondence and respond to emails
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings and conferences
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Draft and proofread correspondence and documents
Assist in the preparation of speeches, presentations, and other materials
Coordinate and/or participate in special projects as assigned
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and take proactive measures to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with the executive team to ensure efficient communication and workflow
