Assist the RE in planning, scheduling, monitoring, supervision, contract management, progress reporting, documentation of assigned projects.
Responsible for daily site supervision, QA/QC, maintenance of site registers and records, identification and flagging of issues, etc.
Supervise the construction activity appropriately, implementation of work as per design.
Responsible for works measurement/ verification and assisting in checking of contractors bills.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements at assigned work sites.
Assist in planning and coordinate construction activities with works contractor daily.
Analyze construction related issues on the field and suggest solutions.
Attend project review meetings and assist in resolving issues when required.
Photographic record of progress of works over the previous reporting period.
Any other project related task assigned by the Resident Engineer.
Minimum Qualifications & Work Experience Required:
Graduate in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering (B. Tech or B.E. degree) with 5 years overall work experience; OR a Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with 7 years overall work experience is required.
Atleast 2 years of relevant construction supervision experience of water supply, used water, drainage infrastructure projects.
