• CEFR Written skills : C1
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have skills :

• DV/ CM/ SA360 / Campaign Manager / Google Ads etc
• Chat and email support, troubleshooting
• Ticket and transactional account management
• Technical support & troubleshooting experience
• Customer service/ engagement

Most preferred experience:

• Advertising agency exp
• Complete campaign lifecycle management exp
• Fundamental SQL, AI & ML
