Job Description
- Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and quality assurance engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect and design scalable, resilient, and maintainable Java-based systems and components.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by researching new technologies, tools, and methodologies, and proposing their adoption where applicable.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions and mitigations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, estimate project timelines, and deliver solutions within deadlines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
