Good understanding and knowledge of US Healthcare
Having 4+ years of AR calling/ Training experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Need to address process gaps and suggest improvements to the Team Lead.
To maintain quality standards as per the clients requirements.
Constant client communication and maintaining the under promise over delivery methodology.
Conduct training sessions for the team.
Coaching the agents on short falls and track their improvements.
To be a good motivator and maintaining the team performance.
Responsible for creating and administering ongoing training programs for new and current employees
Providing floor support and maintaining floor decorum at all times.
To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection
