Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.
• Have great interpersonal skills.
• Can juggle several different projects and responsibilities with ease and composure.
• Develops, updates, and maintains project plans, deliverables lists and risks and issues logs, chasing outstanding actions.
• Supervise the work of all project management office staff and typically oversee every project produced by the office.
• Can handle the quality of each project produced by their department.
• PMO managers assign resources properly, plan projects before implementing them and delegate tasks to team members.
• PMO manager to oversee business projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget.
• Tracking every project through Dashboards (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
• Raise a flag and highlight if Project in Red / Amber
• Connect with Relevant Stakeholder for tracking the delivery of the project and reach out to teams for any Help or Inputs required
• Schedule Review meetings periodically for all projects with adequate information to fast track the delivery
