Key Responsibilities:
Market study and feasibility analysis for new markets in respective allotted region (Asia, Africa & Middle East, Americas & Europe)
Prepare Country wise database of target customers
e.g. Banks, MNO, PTT, MFIs, TopUp aggregators, Operators, MVNOs, VoIP Carriers, LTE, ISP, 4G Providers, System Integrators, Resellers/Partners across target Market Countries.
Building and identifying Solid Leads and Opportunities within the given Market
Pitching and presenting Company and Products for qualifying Leads and generating Opportunities.
Coordinating Interdepartmental activities as per Sales Needs
Working on Telecom Procurement Registration and RFP non-technical documentation as per Assistance needed to Regional Sales Team.
Scheduling meetings/Appointments as per Sales travel
Scheduling meetings for the events using Event Networking Tools where technology teams are participating.
Finding Right party contacts through Cold calling, LinkedIn, Social Media, Web etc. and make the country wise sheet in excel.
Search and provide relevant RFPs/Tenders.
Weekly providing Dashboard view of Order Intake and Cash Flow.
Creating Monthly MIS reports as per Management needs for the given region
Complete CRM management for on Ground Sales Team
Leads creation via different channels i.e. web, LinkedIn, Cold calling, employee referral, Sales prospecting etc.
Lead qualification to Opportunity
Defining opportunity stages etc.
Monitoring the end to end sales activities in CRM
Update Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts etc.
Design the various dashboards that will give more visibility to management /Sales team related to sales activities and strategies.
Creating the Ad Hoc reports and MIS as on need basis from CRM
Key Requirements
Cold calling, Lead Hunting, Lead follow-ups, Opportunity creation, Data collection from social networking etc.
Relationship management, Sales support, Sales operations, well versed with CRM, market research.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English for communicating with global customers.
Strong listening ability and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience of working with CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage work efficiently.
