Job Description

 As a Construction Project Manager, you will be crucial in overseeing and managing various construction projects from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure projects are financially viable and profitable. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimise project costs without compromising quality. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure construction work meets or exceeds client expectations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions and delays. Proactively address issues and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including construction crews, subcontractors, and support staff. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure team members are aligned with project goals and objectives. Client Communication: Serve as clients' primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates, address client concerns, and ensure open communication channels to foster positive relationships and client satisfaction. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports. Generate comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and clients to track project performance and milestones
