Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and informative lessons on accounting principles, software applications, taxation, and financial management. Develop and update curriculum materials to reflect current industry standards and practices. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and practical projects. Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them achieve their learning goals. Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, software, and regulatory changes to incorporate into teaching materials. . Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development opportunities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Masters degree or professional accounting certification preferred. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in accounting or related subjects, with a proven track record of effective teaching strategies and student engagement. Strong practical experience in accounting, preferably with hands-on experience in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
