3+ years of experience working in Product Design and 2+ years of experience working on Design System A strong portfolio of product design and design systems work, including designs that showcase both an ability to think in scalable systems, and a solid understanding of key graphic design principles (hierarchy/layout, color, and typography Please select the same from Validation sheet You've collaborated with designers, engineers & Pm's to shape new opportunities. Please select the same from Validation sheet You invest in the visual and interaction part of your work Responsibilities You have a growth mindset when increasing your efficiency in planning, decision making, and pragmatic management of design debt Maintaining or helping us evolve our core principles in visual styles, typography, spacing, motion & other interaction models Work with the communications design team and ensure the design system reflects our brand identity Collaborate with designers across teams to. curate new aesthetics & patterns Own component design from inception to delivery, including engineering collaboration, rollout plans, usability testing, usage guidelines, and representation in design tools such as Figma Work closely with engineers to maintain and create new components for our library across all the products (Web, iOS & Android) Ensure our design system meets and exceeds the standards & guidelines for accessibility. About The Job As a Senior Product Designer, Design System is in charge of developing the tools, components, documentation, and educational materials that will enable designers and engineers to create world-class experiences. You work with people in a variety of product design-related roles including designers, product managers, engineers, marketing, customer service and operations. Collaborating with each, you strive to establish cohesive language and a unified voice across products and platforms. Experience - 5 years + Lead / Senior Product Designer - Design Systems
