This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative work location based in Sri Lanka The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support and satisfaction over the phone or through email, and maintaining excellent interpersonal skills with clients. The Representative is expected to have excellent computer literacy skills and should be able to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
Ideal candidate must have South Indian Language proficiency
At least one or more south Indian language like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam is mandatory apart from Hindi and English
Must hold a Valid Indian Passport
