Job Description

***Candidates from LAW FIRM background with real estate experience will only be shortlisted***

• Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents and agreements, including leases, purchase agreements, and development agreements.
• Assist in conducting due diligence for real estate transactions, including title searches, property surveys, and environmental assessments.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and finance professionals, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks in real estate projects.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal counsel for counterparties, as necessary.

Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients.
