- Making sure a business case is prepared and permissions are requested for each role (new or replacement). Find out as much as you can about headcount requests, including the hiring levels for each position.
- Assure that the labor needs for every division and every site are successfully satisfied within the allotted time frames.
As a partner, interact with the company to learn about its hiring requirements, taking into account factors such as organizational structure, the required amount of experience, and the skill set for the role.
- Overseeing the staff recommendation systems for different roles and making sure the referee gets paid on schedule
