Role Overview: As the Deputy Manager - Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance our brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive. user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic Ads, etc., to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve targeting, creative assets, and messaging. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Monitor and report on key metrics, performance trends, and campaign results to stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
