Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Influencer & Event Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both influencer marketing and event coordination. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about social media trends, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in event planning and marketing. Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential influencers. across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations, and partnerships to promote our products/services. Create compelling content briefs and campaign strategies for influencers, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including but not limited to product launches, promotional events, and community gatherings. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination of vendors, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, suggesting innovative ideas for influencer partnerships and event activations. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing or a recent pass out. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Previous experience in event planning or marketing is a plus. Stipend - 25k inclusive of taxes WFO all 5 days Duration - 3 to 6 months Probable conversion basis performance and business need
