Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Explore Data Governance tool, conduct POCs to understand the functionalities and features of the tool
• Use the POC knowledge to Train and Test AI Chat Bot of the Data Governance Tool and help improve the chat bot
• Understand all features of the tool and train the chat bot to make sure it has answers to all questions related to features and functionality of the tool
• Work on understanding the current state of chat bot by going through the existing knowledge repository of the bot
• Refine the current state knowledge repository by adding all the relevant and latest data
• Improve and enable the chat bot with all the missing information that is required to answer any question posted by end users
• Train the chat bot by articulating the questions from a end user perspective and share step by step procedures to address the questions
• Strong focus on understanding and analyzing the FAQs

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ Years of experience in Data Governance with minimum of one end to end implementation experience
• Experience in creation of Strategic and Operational Data Governance Frameworks
• General understanding of Data Governance and all its modules
• Experience with working on Industry standard tools across Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Stewardship and Data Privacy modules
• Ability to work with multiple clients or experienced in client facing roles
• Must be a self-starter and can work on tasks independently
• Excellent communication skills
