Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
2. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
3. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
4. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and communicating with candidates.
6. Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms, including salary and benefits.
7. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
9. Stay informed about current hiring trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection.
