Job Description

Job Profile:
1. Build marketing programs to support Food Ingredients business objectives across different
product categories and segments.
2. Build the Food Brand in an effective manner in the short , medium and long term
with clear agreed milestones.
3. Design social and digital marketing strategies in alignment with business development
objectives. Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. Plan & manage
marketing budgets as approved.
4. Liaise with agencies & vendors (e.g. media agencies, printers, freelance graphics & content
creators) as per marketing needs.
5. Conduct market research to collect and analyse data/trends and create marketing
presentations / reports with high quality focus.
6. Plan & manage trade show participation including stall planning, designing and overall
branding and communication plan in close coordination with the sales team.
7. Develop marketing calendar for customer & drive customer engagement program.
8. Develop consolidated product / category related market intelligence through secondary
market research and develop appropriate reports for management review.
9. Develop high quality Food Ingredients product presentations for the sales team.
10. Develop marketing capability presentation for the food business for principals / external
suppliers as per business need.
11. Travel to some key customers along with sales team to develop customer understanding.
12. Support President in other corporate brand building initiatives from time to time.
Skills /Experience
- Education: B.Sc (Preferably food technology / food science)/ MBA (Marketing).
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in marketing in Food/Flavour, Pharma/Nutraceuticals products or
similar distribution company.
- Strong digital marketing exposure

Ingredients
- Must have experience in market research / marketing report preparation.
- Should possess excellent communication (Both verbal and written) & presentation skills.
- Should be able to think creatively.
- Should have an organised work approach with strong execution focus.
- Should have excellent proficiency in Microsoft suite (Power Point, Excel etc.)
- Should have some exposure to graphic design tools like photoshop, Canva etc
