Role Brief Urbanic is hiring a Consumer Research Analyst to join the team and drive our understanding of consumer behavior, purchase trends, and user journeys within Urbanic, our esteemed fashion brand. As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will spearhead efforts to engage with our target. audience, unraveling their preferences, needs, and experiences. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping our strategies to elevate customer satisfaction and foster deeper engagement. Youll be required to - Analyze historical customer data to discern emerging trends, preferences, and patterns. Engage with appropriate users for one-on-one interactions either in-person or via virtual platforms, to unearth behavioral insights, preferences, and experiences within the Urbanic ecosystem. Employ effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate meaningful dialogues with users, extracting valuable insights. Craft detailed user personas based on the acquired insights, outlining key demographics, motivations, and pain points. Develop compelling user stories that encapsulate the typical journey and interactions of our target audience, offering invaluable guidance for product innovation, marketing endeavors, and customer engagement strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to embed user insights into decision-making processes. Remain abreast of industry trends, fashion dynamics, and consumer preferences to furnish informed recommendations and insights to stakeholders. Contribute to the formulation of strategies aimed at augmenting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You Are The Right Fit, If You Have - Proven expertise in customer insights analysis, preferably within the fashion domain. Strong analytical acumen with the capacity to decipher intricate datasets and derive actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude, enabling effective engagement with diverse user segments. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting user interviews, focus groups, and usability studies to extract meaningful insights. Familiarity with fashion industry trends, styles, and consumer inclinations. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in crafting user personas, journey maps, and user stories is advantageous. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Meticulous attention to detail coupled with outstanding organizational capabilities.
