Designation : Assistant manager Location : Makarba Ahmadabad experience : minimum 1 year in plastic/ chemical industry industry : plastic / chemical qualification : MBA Role and Responsibilities Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set prices, launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance to effectively market assigned products/services. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas. Liaise with other areas of the organization (e.g., production, R&D) to implement changes. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts. Adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service. Liaise. with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience. developing an understanding of a clients current state process and developing future state recommendations Gathering and analyzing business requirements Mapping and generating potential and new leads/opportunity. Approach potential customers for the aim of customer base expansion. Defining new and refining existing business processes. Accomplishes marketing and sales objective by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising & trade promoting programs; developing field sales action plans. Networking with financially strong & reliable dealers / channel partners for deeper market penetration & improved market share. Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development. Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed Development of new business, filling new tenders and follow-up on prospective business. Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant business units/product groups. Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market Maintain brand and messaging consistency. You understand messaging and how to tweak it across platforms and formats for various audiences. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the brand and organizational goals are met. Developing innovative product bundles and promotions for target segments partners Executing changes to pricing frameworks and operations to improve sales velocity, deal desk effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and customer success Planning developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaign Ensure pricing, offers, messaging and creative is aligned through data gathering and analysis across customers, channels and partners Perform other job- related duties as requested Qualifications and Education Requirements MBA, Post-graduation in marketing/mass communication, and/or an equivalent education. Preferred Skills SAP, MS OFFICE, Presentation Skill, Interpersonal skill, Communication Skill. Additional Notes Experience in Packaging /Plastic/Polymer/ chemical/Petrochemical industry will be preferred.
