We have openings for international Process + Upselling profile for our client company working since 1937 in Ayurveda Manufacturing details mention below  -

International Customer Support Executive+ Upselling(Night Shift and Day Shift)

Work Location: Pitampura

Shift Timing: US shift, UK Shift, and Day shift

Experience: Min. 1-year exp. In Customer service

Salary: 2.0 L p.a. to 3.60 Lp.a.

Unlimited incentives

No. of Position - 30-35

5 days working Sunday Fixed off and Four rotational off

 

Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls and chat with international customers to promote and sell a product or service.

Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customer base while building a new customer base.

Monitor competitor's products or services and create selling strategies for their own products or services.

Handle customer needs and requirements.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

You will get the generated leads and convert them into sales

 

Must-Have Minimum Requirements

Any graduate or an undergraduate can apply with min. experience of 1 year.

Experience in handling international clients' outbound calls or product sales.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter

Self-motivated and positive.

Good Convincing power.
