As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our team of insurance agents and driving business growth in the Mumbai, Maharashtra region.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard agents with expertise in motor, life, and health insurance.
Training and Development: Provide training and ongoing support to agents to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in the number of recruited agents and overall insurance business.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for. expansion and stay updated on industry trends.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all recruitment activities.
Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years of Experience: Proven experience in recruiting agents specifically for motor, life, and health insurance products.
Field Work: Ability to thrive in a fieldwork environment, meeting potential agents, and building relationships on-site.
Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and motivate agents.
Remote Work: Comfortable with the option for remote work, with the ability to stay disciplined and motivated while working independently.
