Applications, Controls & Electrical > Power System Integration Module > Power SI Project Management Are you ready to be a key driver in developing and leading product development projects within the area of plant solutions that enable grid stability As a Project Manager in Power SI Project Management, you will be a part of a team of highly skilled project managers and trainees located in Denmark, Portugal, and Chennai. In our department, we are accountable for establishing, operating, and delivering the project portfolio of power plant solutions to secure stable grid connections around the world. We develop and deliver our projects according to our execution model in an efficient way from scoping to market delivery. Responsibilities You will drive and lead the portfolio of non-standard customizations of power plant products towards specific sales opportunities (RNSPs = request for non-standard products) The projects are typically short and intense, and you will lead several items simultaneously and take them through the designated process for RNSPs to make sure we deliver the required outputs according to agreed commitments You will be the single point of contact for all regional stakeholders Scope, initiate, and execute RNSPs according to the approved cases Be accountable for your own budgets, timelines, and project plans Securing resources with line managers to make the right commitment to the customers Develop the projects through the correct process environment to secure quality and deliveries Be the point of contact for both the teams, line managers, and the business side to align expectations around all stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's / Master's in Electrical / Similar specialization Good communication skills and eagerness to communicate with various levels in the organization You may already have experience with project management and would like to try a new domain Alternatively, you have worked with product development and feel ready to take your next career step into project management You are fluent in English, both written and verbally Competencies Maybe you already know the toolbox within project management, or as a minimum, you are curious to learn and practice project management disciplines You can inspire and you enjoy taking the lead and securing progress in what you do You can coordinate projects across different cultures and borders You embrace changes and you are leading your surroundings through the changing environment What We Offer As a Project Manager, you will develop personally and professionally and get a broad interface and exposure to several levels in the organization.
