Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
Ensure that projects are executed according to plan and within budget.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of civil engineers, providing guidance and direction as needed.
Ensure that team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards.
Implement quality control measures to identify and rectify any defects or deficiencies.
Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within approved limits.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess risks associated with project execution.
Develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks on project outcomes.
