Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Business Development Manager at Khushboo Beauty Care. As a Marketing Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving. business growth and expanding our client base. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing marketing strategies, and conducting market research. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to meet targets. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing and business development Strong knowledge of the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in contract manufacturing is a plus Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry is a plus
