Job Description

:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, both in English and any as well as the ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
3. Provide guidance and support to customers regarding account management and order processing.
4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 12th standard education or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in English and any (both verbal and written).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not required.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
