Required Designation:- Human Resource Manager

Educational Qualification :- Should have MBA degree from reputed Institute

Salary :- 25-50 K Per Month

Industry :- Architectural Aluminum Systems-Folding Doors System/Facades System/Alu Wood System/Thermal Break System/ Entrance Doors System/ Slim  Line Doors/ Insect Screens

Skill Set Required- 

-Should have good interpersonal skills,
-Presentable,
-Should be good with MS OFFICE & G-Drive,
-Good Verbal & Written communication skills,
-Ready to take additional responsibility,
-Can commute  to other office locations as well, whenever required,
-Passionate enough to complete work energetically on time,
-He must have the complete knowledge of HR fields like:
-Legal compliances like PF/ESI/Accidents
-Payroll management
-Shop floor management
-Can handle labour departments
-Can manage a team of 4-5 executives

Job Role-
-Overall management of all HR activities.
-Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
-Performance Management & improvement systems.
-Employee development, need assessment and training.
-Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
-Managing payroll administration.
-Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
-Zero error in Employee safety, wealth, wellness & health.
