Lead will be responsible for test management, test execution, testing, test strategy, and quality assurance. The Test Lead will coordinate and lead the testing efforts for various projects, develop test plans and strategies, execute test cases, and ensure the quality of deliverables. This is an on-site role located in Lucknow. Qualifications Must Have 8 years of experience in Test Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking Experience in developing test strategies, Regression Suites and ensuring quality assurance 5 years of experience in testing Web applications, Ecommerce platforms Good understanding of test methodologies and best practices Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Nice to Have Salesforce Testing Experience Selenium Test Automation experience Scripting languages - C#, Java
