Nature: US Real estate Valuation.

Process: Prepare Appraisal report for residential valuation

Shift :Day / Night

Week off: Saturday and Sunday

Working days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Perform valuation and appraisal services for commercial and residential real estate properties for the US markets
Perform research using industry acknowledged databases and tools used across US/Europe markets
Track and monitor real estate market performance on an ongoing basis
Assist the programming team in testing real estate products developed in-house
Tracking and reporting work status to Team manager on a regular basis (daily / weekly)
Talk to the Clients on a regular basis to provide status updates / discuss issues
