Job Summary: We're in search of a skilled and experienced Pattern Maker to join our dynamic team at Flock AI. The ideal candidate will excel in computerised CAD 2D pattern making and 3D simulation, covering a diverse spectrum of womens and men's wear. This role necessitates a profound comprehension of garment construction, manufacturing processes, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise technical specifications for production. Key Responsibilities: Create precise and intricate CAD patterns for various apparel categories, encompassing intricate designs such as bridal wear, raglans. princess seam dresses, and kimonos. Employ CLO3D for digital pattern making, grading, and 3D simulation across all apparel genres. Implement distinct fitting methodologies to ensure adherence to industry-standard fit and quality. Operate within strict deadlines to produce a substantial volume of patterns daily. Collaborate closely with designers to ensure patterns accurately encapsulate design visions. Adapt patterns based on design feedback, ensuring technical accuracy in grading and marking. Develop digital replicas of garments for virtual representation and fitting. Maintain meticulous records of patterns and revisions. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in pattern making. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in pattern making for both womens and mens apparel. Proficiency in CAD pattern making, grading, marker making, and 3D simulation. Robust knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing processes. Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and collaboration. Ability to thrive under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
