Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative for client located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Preferably Female candidates with min 1 year of experience in Tele sales / Outbound calls. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for outbound sales calls and providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering support to all clients. Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy are essential for this role. Note: Candidate should hold a Valid Indian Passport. Qualifications Customer Service.
