Division / Department: IAU / IAU / Gurgaon Job Title: Asst Manager / Deputy Manager Educational Qualification: CA/CMA/B Tech/M Tech/MBA Essential: 1. Hands on experience of data analysis tools/SQL/R studio/Python/ QlikView, tools for developing dashboards like Tableau, Power BI etc. 2. CISA Certification or equivalent. Preferable: 1. Experience in ERP environment preferably Oracle. Work Experience: 2 - 5 Years Functional experience in: (i) Proven working experience as a data analyst and having good experience of using DA software. (ii) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, develop trends/patterns and develop reports using significant amounts of information. Strong knowledge and proficiency in extraction and analysis of data from a wide variety of systems, leveraging data analysis tools. KRAs 1. To identify, design and develop data analytics routines to support the audit activities performed by the internal audit. team. 2. Maintain an effective system of data analytics and models which provide enhanced insights into risks and controls, establishes an efficient/automated means to analyze and test large volumes of data for outliers, anomalies, patterns and trends and help evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls. 3. Create repeatable data analytics to support continuous audit monitoring programs. Competencies: Strong Analytical skills. An eye to catch control gaps. Good Presentation skills.
