Utilize exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Stay updated with the latest advancements in service delivery and apply innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. 1 Service management governance 2 This resource will have to have great stakeholder management and communication skills, Strong project/program management skills.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of service delivery. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud technologies and application support. Experience in providing ongoing support to clients and maintaining worldclass systems. Exceptional communication skills and ability to accurately define client issues. Collaboration skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams. Stay updated with the latest advancements in service delivery and apply innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.Develop and execute activities related to endtoend service deliver, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables1 Looking for a resource who has 68 years of IT Experience with more than 4 years of PM /Service Delivery Lead experience 2 Need good hands on experience in PMP and Agile project management tool 3 Responsibilities a Looking for an experienced India based service delivery lead at Level 8 who has experience working on complex projects across multiple workstreams and delivery teams
Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 68 years of experience in service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in information technology operations or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
