Job Description
Department Overview:
The Technology Strategy, Planning and Analysis (TSPA) department holds the Program Management Office Center of Excellence (PMO COE) and part of the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business that is focused on their partners, team member s projects execution excellence. The team collaborates and engages from the beginning, through the execution and closure of the project lifecycle. They share the responsibility of delivery project and process change for the EIT team. About the Role:
Responsible for end- to- end program or project management and developing strategy to obtain benefits and controls. Overall exp. of 15 - 18 yrs and having more than 8 years of Program / Project Management experience in leading complex projects. Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in a project life- cycle (initiation planning, executing/controlling, and closing) with good understanding of multiple systems and line of businesses.
- Responsible for end- to- end program or project management and developing strategy to obtain benefits and controls.
- Interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects in SDLC / ADM .
- Consult with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work and vendor management.
- Implement program and project level processes, procedures, performance metrics and status reporting, and identify improvements.
- Lead business change initiatives across multiple lines of business for the organization.
- Experience in working in a specific Banking domain and having handled projects to understand Risks and implications for the line of business
- Shift Timings : 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM Essential Qualification:
- Advance knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies like PMP
- Hands on experience of SDLC in the Banking domain.
- Managing program/project- related risks according to the Project Management Policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience in Banking Domain Desired Qualification
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Experience working with global teams.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams.
