Job Description

- Analyzes medical records and identifies documentation deficiencies.

- Conversion of text information related to healthcare services into numeric Diagnosis (Medical Problems) and Procedure (Treatments) Codes using ICD-10 CM, CPT & HCPCS.

Required Candidate profile

- Candidates should have Good Communication & Analytical Skills and should be Good at Medical Terminology (Physiology & Anatomy).

- Any Life / Bio Science Graduates can apply.
