Develop and implement quality management systems and policies across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectation Lead cross functional teams in root cause analysis, problem solving && corrective action planning to address quality issues and improve processes Monitor and measure key performance indicator to track the effectiveness of quality programs &  continuous improvements activities Internal Audit ,Supplier Audit, Customer Audit && Certification Audit Management Representative (MR) MIS on the monthly basis Monitoring corrective and preventive action for customer Complaints Responsible for Incoming Quality, In process Quality Final Quality Prepared WI for calibration && Testing maintain record Calibration from in-house & outside Lab Material testing through testing Lab Coordinator of S implementation in plant New product development Prepared PPAP
