Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful development and optimization of our e-commerce and mobile application initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating user needs into actionable development tasks. You will work closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure that our digital platforms exceed customer expectations and align with business objectives. Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our e-commerce and mobile app operations, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service, to gather requirements and understand business needs. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for new features and improvements. Develop and. maintain an in-depth understanding of customer experiences and pain points through user research, data analysis, and feedback. Create and manage documentation, including project plans, use cases, flowcharts, and reports, to support development and decision-making processes. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. Assist in quality assurance testing and the coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that deliverables meet functional requirements. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business case development. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity of goals and efficient delivery of solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in e-commerce and mobile applications. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Desired or Preferred Skills and Knowledge: Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile certifications. Experience with user experience (UX) design and customer journey mapping. Tools Required to be Successful: Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software. Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Sketch, InVision). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
