Position Summary: The Finance Manager (FM) will oversee all aspects of financial management, performance management, financial accounting, budgeting, and corporate reporting. Reporting to the Financial Controller/Managing Director, the FM must possess sound technical and management skills to lead a team of finance professionals. Responsibilities Provide financial advice and counsel to senior management by synthesizing internal and external data. Implement best practices to identify and manage financial and business risks. Analyze investment decisions and assess their impact on the organization's financial position. Develop suitable accounting policies to meet reporting requirements. Compile and present management information for decision-making. Assess tax issues to minimize the organization's tax liabilities. Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's financial system and identify areas for improvement. Manage accounting policies and procedures. Coordinate. the annual financial audit process. Provide financial leadership and strategic thinking to support sustainable value creation. Resolve issues arising from audit findings and respond to internal and external auditors. Supervise the preparation of consolidated financial statements and forecasts. Calculate taxable income and income tax liabilities. Strategically utilize management information systems for effective business control
