Asttecs Communications is a leading company in IP/Cloud Telephony business that offers wide range of call center / contact center solutions & enterprises solutions including - IVR systems & solutions, open source VoIP PBX, call center dialer, voice dialer, voice logger & voice recorder, automatic call distribution or ACD application software, predictive dialer, hosted dialer, GSM card for asterisk etc. We have an immediate requirement for a Regional Sales Manager for Tamil Nadu region. Job Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: 1) Manage the Channel Sales and Distribution for Asttecs telecommunication products across Tamil Nadu working along with our partners and Franchisees. 2) Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. 3) Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements. 4) Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner. 5) Develop positive working relationship with partners to. build business. 6) Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities. 7) Communicate up-to-date information about new products and facilitate product training. 8) Account Management & Retention. 9) You will be working from our Bangalore office and travel required be 30%. 10) Performance Incentives apart from Fixed Salary. 11) Preferaby a candidate with telecom experience and available to join immediately. 12) Should be fluent in English, Tamil languages.
