Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team in the telecom sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, conducting thorough market research, nurturing client relationships, and negotiating contracts within the telecom industry. This position requires a proactive approach to both new client acquisition (hunting) and maintaining existing client relationships (farming), along with meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecom sector. Develop comprehensive business plans to capitalize on market opportunities. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable. business deals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Telecom business. Preference: Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom sales are preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field with a strong understanding of Telecom. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in sales and business development. Experience in the telecom industry with a good understanding of telecom & IT solutions. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
