Agency Development Manager / Unit Manager 

Key Role's  & Responsibilities 

1. Recruit Advisors and drive 
2. sales through them
3. Counseling and motivating the advisors
4. Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically

5. Recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.

   - Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.

   - Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.

   - Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.

   - Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Involving in field
sales
Generate leads.
Salary:INR 2,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A. Incentives extra
