Job Description

Develop and implement effective arbitrage trading strategies across multiple financial instruments,
including equities, currencies, commodities, and derivatives.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, fostering their professional growth
and development.
Manage performance evaluations, set individual and team targets, and conduct regular feedback
sessions to enhance team performance
Implement robust risk management protocols to minimize potential losses associated with arbitrage
trading activities.
