Core responsibilities include but not limited to Ensure invoices are timely, accurate, and complete in accordance with the customers guidelines and expectations Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy Support periodic audits and clean ups Handles Escalations from customer and partners. Finds loopholes, fixes and ensure prevention from future happening. Assist in analyzing and reconciling customer accounts Prepare the daily and monthly reconciliation and follow up on the outstanding items, if any Verify Partners Commission, and provide monthly report to Line Manager Validate Credit Notes then make a decision, providing monthly report to line manager. Credit notes as a percentage of invoices issued Train new joiners and coach team members to support their personal development and departmental KPIs Craft global strategies for the eZee Billing team, including Digital, Automation, Communications, and Creative Strategies Prepare. and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and adjust spending and tactics accordingly Requirements Must have Prior Experience of SaaS billing, B2B, hospitality solutions 5+ years of billing experience, utility construction industry preferred Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in customer service Knowledge of SaaS billing and customer service Experience of team handling Proven track record of running successful accounts and billing departments and growing revenue. Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent years of management experience Management experience preferred Effective task delegation and follow-up Good to have Experience in Zoho Books, Zoho Subscription or Any Saas Billing Software Analytical problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail Comfortable meeting tight deadlines with little supervision Professional or higher-education qualification in business, accounts,, communications (or related field) Analytical with solid knowledge of data analytics and clear points of view on how data is used to make decisions Ability to manage budgets and suggest optimizations Strong experience scaling and adopting campaigns to a global audience Fluency in English Ability to deal with complex billing issues Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner Ability to provide strong leadership and promote growth and development
