Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager - Fresh Sales Company: SecureNow Insurance Broker Location: Mumbai, Delhi NCR Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual (minimum 4) for the role of Senior Manager - Fresh Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the general insurance field, with expertise in liability insurance, cybercrime insurance, property insurance, and group health insurance. The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving fresh sales initiatives, cultivating new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships, particularly in corporate sales and B2B environments. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives, with a focus on corporate sales and B2B clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the general insurance market, with a specific emphasis on liability insurance, cybercrime insurance, property insurance, and group. health insurance for corporate clients. - Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with potential corporate clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, insurance carriers, and industry partners. - Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management in the context of corporate sales and B2B engagements. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of insurance solutions to corporate clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics tailored to corporate sales and B2B relationships. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, with a specific focus on corporate sales metrics. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the general insurance field, with a proven track record in corporate sales and B2B business development. - Strong knowledge of liability insurance, cybercrime insurance, property insurance, and group health insurance products and services, particularly in the context of corporate clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team focused on corporate sales and B2B relationships. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans tailored to corporate clients. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets in the corporate sales and B2B context. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
