Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Tech Leads and developers to assess existing problems and propose process improvement solutions. Proactively identify upcoming bottlenecks and production issues, guiding teams towards improved technical solutions. Participate in projects aimed at improving delivery time, code quality, and process efficiency. Implement coding standardizations and automate processes to enhance organizational efficiency. Perform daily tasks such as environmental health checks, disk space monitoring, and environmental status reports. Maintain and enhance knowledge of platform configuration management and troubleshooting. Deploy application artifacts to appropriate target environments using supported technologies and infrastructure. Survey developers and technical members to understand their main pain points in the coding and development process. Collaborate with the DevOps. team to deliver consistent and holistic solutions to the organization. Skills Required: 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer on a cross-functional agile team. Proficient in coding and scripting (Bash, Perl, Python) and implementing high-scale cloud architectures using modern, cloud-based container platforms (PaaS/SaaS). Working knowledge of deployment automation solutions like Terraform, Helm, etc. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and cluster management tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, configuration management, and monitoring. Experience with continuous integration and related tools like Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, Ant, Git, Sonar, etc. Experienced in building, debugging, and operating systems, databases, and infrastructure at scale. Mindset and Attributes: Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions. Sound problem-solving abilities to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply. Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
